Don’t be too quick to dismiss another’s journey
Everyone has an authentic story to tell

Everyone deserves to get their story heard
Don’t assume anything about anyone’s journey

Life is not as difficult as sung in songs
Life is not so easy as in the movies

No-one travels on the same road
Not even the person following right behind you

Everyone deserves respect
Even those who do not think they do

Life stories come in different time-capsules
Old and young - their stories are real and part of their ‘truth’ 

No-one’s life story - is false or unworthy
A life lived - is a life worthwhile

Life is a journey
You are the traveller 

It not the length of the journey that matters
It is the how you spent the time travelling 

Did you worry too much about reaching your destination?
Or did you enjoy the journey?

  “I Know Allah Better Than All of You” Faiyaz M. Khan The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu alayhi wasallam , said: “I am most God-fearing, and know Allah better than all of you.” [1] When the Prophet uttered these words, he was not boasting – he was stating facts. This is because Allah says in Surah Fatir: “Those who truly fear Allah among His servants are those who have knowledge.” [2] The servants mentioned here refers to the prophets and messengers of God, as they are the only ones we can be certain have knowledge about Allah and His religion. Khan Islam recognises the hardships that travellers endure; thus, allowing them dispensations to alleviate their difficulties: [1] these include allowing Muslims to forgo obligatory actions like fasting during Ramadan and missing Friday prayers.
